The experience of positive wellbeing, when present, is familiar to many of us - emotionally life feels good, life feels right and OK
Happiness, satisfaction, contentment, and a sense of control over our own destiny may characterise this feeling.
Self-care may be considered to be the emotional resilience with which we may percieve and respond to our personal world.
Good mental health is as important as physical wellbeing - poor physical health may also determine poor emotional health.
